Returns Policy: Exchanges or credit notes will be accepted within 14 days of purchase if goods are returned in original condition. If for any reason you need to return an item purchased online, we’re happy to offer a refund or credit note — provided our returns policy has been met.
To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The Shoes have not been worn (we understand that your shoes need to be tried on, but if you are not sure of the fit or style, please do not wear them outside or to work. Soles are marked very easily and in the interest of hygiene, we do not want returns that have been worn in a work place)
- Shoes are returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Shoes are in their original condition and packaging
- Please note: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
- If a change of size is required, please return your original order and email a new order request for the desired size to [email protected]
- If a change of shoe style is required for a different purchase amount, please place a new online order once your exchange has been approved.
- To return or exchange an online purchase via AUST POST, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you meet the return policy requirements.
- Place your item in a prepaid return’s satchel with your original packing slip or order number enclosed. Please ensure items are packaged in such a way to protect them from damage in transit.
- Send your parcel to: Podplus Footwear, 1/505 Henley Beach Rd, Fulham SA 5024
- Once your items have been received and assessed, your return request will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation.
- All returns will be processed within 2 business days of PodPlus receiving your items. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card which you used to make your purchase. Please be aware that it can take between 5 - 10 business days for your bank to process a credit card refund.
Warranty Claims: Claims will be forwarded to the manufacturer for assessment. Warranty claims must be raised as soon as any issue comes to the attention of the buyer. Approved claims made within 2 weeks of purchase will be resolved with replacement of new for old. Thereafter, if a manufacturing fault is raised within 3 months of date of purchase and can be resolved with repair, this will be done at no cost to the buyer. Where a manufacturing claim cannot be repaired a replacement product will be supplied. Refunds will not be issued as part of a warranty claim.
