Returns Policy: Exchanges or credit notes will be accepted within 14 days of purchase if goods are returned in original condition. Sorry no refunds.
Warranty Claims: Claims will be forwarded to the manufacturer for assessment. Warranty claims must be raised as soon as any issue comes to the attention of the buyer. Approved claims made within 2 weeks of purchase will be resolved with replacement of new for old. Thereafter, if a manufacturing issue can be resolved with repair, this will be done at no cost to the buyer. Where a manufacturing claim cannot be repaired a replacement product will be supplied. Refunds will not be issued as part of a warranty claim.
